This Privacy Policy explains how GABSTER Technology Co. Ltd. ("Gabster", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use gabster.ai, app.gabster.ai and our related services (the "Services"). Gabster lets businesses run AI agents that answer their customers on channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat and email.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, business name and billing details when you sign up or subscribe.
• Business content: the knowledge, files, website content and settings you add so your AI agent can answer your customers.
• Conversation data: messages exchanged between your customers and your AI agent or your team on the channels you connect.
• Data from connected services: when you connect a third-party account (for example Google), we receive only the data needed for the feature you turned on. See section 4.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and actions taken in the Services.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, operate and improve the Services; to let your AI agent answer your customers; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account; to provide support; to keep the Services secure and prevent fraud; and to meet legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only:

• with service providers that process it on our behalf to run the Services (for example hosting, payment processing, messaging delivery and AI model providers that generate your agent's replies), under contracts that limit their use of it;
• with the channels and integrations you choose to connect, as needed to deliver messages and perform actions you requested;
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Services;
• as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Google user data

Some features let you connect a Google account. We request only the access each feature needs, and only after you choose to connect it:

• Google Calendar (calendar.events, and calendar for calendar sync): to check your availability, keep your bookings in sync with the calendars you choose, and create, update or cancel the appointments your customers book through your AI agent.
• Google Sheets (spreadsheets): to read from and write to the spreadsheets you select, for example to save leads or orders your agent collects, or to look up information you keep there.
• Google Drive (drive.file): only for files you pick or that Gabster creates for you, such as a spreadsheet for your bookings or leads. We cannot see your other Drive files.
• Gmail (gmail.readonly, gmail.send, gmail.modify) and your Google account email address: to receive customer emails in the inbox you connect, send replies from that inbox, and mark handled messages, so your agent and team can answer customers by email.

How we use it. We use Google user data only to provide these user-facing features to you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train or improve generalized AI or machine learning models. Content may be sent to our AI model provider solely to generate the reply or action you asked your agent to perform.

Who can see it. Gabster staff do not read your Google user data unless you give us permission (for example in a support request), it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or it is required by law.

Limited Use. Gabster's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from your Gabster integration settings, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your Google account. You can ask us to delete data we received from Google by emailing legal@gabster.ai.

5. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and limiting access to people who need it to operate the Services.

6. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account or ask us to delete data, we delete it within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, update or delete your personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting us at legal@gabster.ai. Where your customers' data is processed through your Gabster account, you act as the controller of that data, and we process it on your behalf.

8. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the Services.
